
This project will create 24 neighborhood-based support groups for women of childbearing age in neighborhoods throughout Sarasota County. Neighborhoods will be selected based on three criteria:

Groups will be unique in linking improved birth outcomes to improved neighborhood quality of life measures.

| Racial disparities in fetal and infant death rates diminish by 10%/year | Increased stability of domicile for group participants |
| Increased voter turnout |
